Team Builder Bonus

When you start Building a Team and enable your down lines to do the same, you get entitled to the Team Builder Bonus on the Personal Business Volume (PBV) of all Consultants Three Levels Deep in your Enrolment Lineage. This bonus is paid to all Consultants who are Paid-As-Silver till President Diamond in any month. However a Silver needs to grow to a Paid-As-Gold or higher in order to continue getting this Bonus after six months from the month of joining including (Eg. If a Consultant joins on 1st of Aug' 12 and qualifies as Silver in Oct'12, he/she is eligible for Team Builder Bonus as Silver only till Jan'13.)

The Team Builder Bonus is paid on the Team Builder Volume of 10000 or above in a month. Team Builder Volume is the total PBV (Personal Business Volume) of all Consultants Three levels Deep in the Enrollment Genealogy. Personal Volume of the Consultant is not included in the Team Builder Volume.

You can earn unto Rs.10000 per month as Team Builder Bonus, subject to a Cap of Rs.500 per person.

How to Maximize the Team Builder Bonus?

• Always place your monthly order of minimum 1200 PBV for Silver and 1800 PBV for Gold
• Attend all Modicare and Up line training programs
• Develop your Team in width
• Your prospects must ideally he sponsored directly under you
• Ensure new Consultants are helped to use the Loyalty Program
• Teach your New Consultants on how to develop their Teams in width
• Show them their earning potential
• Focus your time with your rising performers
• Keep your down line team Sell using and Sharing

Important:

• You earn this Team Builder Bonus, if your down line is minimum Three Levels Deep or more in your Enrolment Lineage.
• This bonus is paid to all Consultants who are all Paid-As-Silver till President Diamond in any month upto six months since the month of joining with minimum Three Levels Deep or more
• To get this Bonus even after six month, a Silver needs has grow to a Paid-As-Gold or higher till President Diamond
• Personal Business Volume of the Consultant is not included in the Team Builder Volume.
