Mentor Bonus

Modicare Maximizer Plan rewards your efforts when you work with the consultants personally sponsored by you and help them build their business. The Mentor Bonus starts as soon as you start building your team by sponsoring your friends, relatives and acquaintances.When your new consultants purchase products of 1500 PBV or more in the month of joining and in the next calendar month, you are entitled to Mentor Bonus of 7% of their PBV.

The best way to start your new consultants from doing the 1500 PBV is to make them use the Fast Start Program (FSP) which will also benefit them through attractive discounts on the orders placed by them under the FSP. The Mentor bonus is based on the Enrolment Lineage (Enrolment Lineage is explained later in MaximizerTeam Bonus).

To Maximize your Mentor Bonus it's important that you start building in width and the desirable width to start with could be 4 - 5 direct sponsoring.

How to Maximize your Mentor Bonus?

• Always place your monthly order of minimum 1200 PBV upto Silver and 1800 PBV for Gold and above
• Attend the Product Trainings and other Company Trainings organised at a venue closest to you
• Start by building your team by sponsoring your friends, relatives and acquaintances in your frontline
• Focus on width forTeam Development
• Organize the Kit Opening Ceremony(KOC) with all your new joinees to start enabling them
• Ensure all new joinees participate in the Fast Start Program in the month of joining and continue to place their 1800 PBV order in the next month

You earn this Mentor Bonus on new consultant purchase of minimum 1500 PBV or more in the month of joining and in the next calendar month
