Maximizer Team Bonus

Maximizer Team Bonus is a strong pillar of Modicare Maximizer Plan. While as a Consultant you develop a base of Retail Customers, you also help your down lines generate volume through Self Use and Retail Sales.

To understand the Maximizer Team Bonus, let's introduce you to the following Lineages:

Enrollment Lineage

• You are placed under your sponsor
• Consultants you sponsor will come under you and so on
• Your Upline supports you to build your team
• You support and enable your team to build their business
• Your Group Volume depends entirely on you and your team's performance

The following diagrammatic representation of Enrollment Lineage will explain how you sponsor your consultants under you

Placement Lineage

• Only Two Legs are created
• As your upline sponsor people, they are placed automatically below you (Spill-Over)
• Your upline helps you build one of your two legs
• This leg usually becomes your Strong Volume Leg
• You want to keep up with your Strong Leg to Maximixe your earnings opportunity by placing your sponsoring in your lesser Leg

Downline Volume

• Follows your Placement Lineage
• Your Personal BV Plus all BV of your downline infinitely deep (both legs)
• Your uplines will help you build your Downline Volume (DV)

The Maximizer Team Bonus is calculated based on your Placement Lineage. You are rewarded based on building sales volume within your Placement Lineage. Your Upline and others above him may also place people in your placement tree which is also called as "Spill Over". As your group grows, you are entitled to Maximizer Team Bonus based on the BV generated in your Lesser Leg (Pay Leg) from infinite depth plus your PBV upto 10000 BV (this is called "Pay Leg Volume - PLV").

Eligibility

• ln order to become eligible for the Maximizer Team Bonus, your Pay Leg Volume (PLV) must be at least 5000. Unpaid volumes in each leg are carried overto the next month
• For title achievement a minimum of 30% of your DV must come from your Lesser Leg (Pay Leg) for Gold and above
• For Royal Crown Diamond and above Lesser Leg must be at least 20% of DV instead of 30% for 18 months following launch (including launch month). (Applicable for Consultants enrolled on or before 31st Ju|y, 2011)
• If a Royal Crown Diamond or above gets promoted within 18 months they will receive extension of 20% DV requirement from Lesser Leg for 12 months following their advancement. (Applicable for Consultants enrolled on or before 31st July, 2011)

How to Maximize the Maximizer Team Bonus:

• Always place your monthly order of mimimum 1200 PBV for Silver and 1800 PBV for Gold and above
• Attend all Modicare and Up line training programs
• Continuously develop your teams - Teach, Empower, Actnvate and Monitor
• Keep your downline team Self Using & Sharing
• Focus your time with your Rising Performers

Important:

• For the first six months since joining (join month plus following five months), if a Consultant is not paid Maximizer Team Bonus (payable to paid-as-Silver and above title), their Personal Business Volume (PBV) is carried over (Personal Carry Over Volume to the next months upto maximum 10,000 PBV (accumulated).
• The PCOV(Personal Carry Over Volume) as carried forward through the six months since joining. It is not carried over to the seventh month. Once the Maximizer Team Bonus is paid PCOV is reset to zero.
• If a Consultant is not Active in any of these six months, PCOV is flushed (set to zero).
